Time & Cost Efficiency

Shorter cleaning intervals, increased operational efficiency, and lower labor costs. Furthermore, caustic soda-based cleaners tend to be more cost-effective than alternative cleaning agents, offering excellent performance at a reasonable price.

Compatibility with Hard Water

Our cleaners are effective at removing hard water deposits and mineral build-up. Ensuring that your CIP system continues to perform optimally

Safe for Equipment

Our solutions are generally less corrosive to plant equipment materials, such as stainless steel and other metals. This helps preserve the lifespan of your equipment and reduces the risk of damage during cleaning.

The innovative MAX line preserves all the advantages of our existing products while eliminating foam.

Exceptional Cleaning Performance

This test demonstrates the MAX product’s exceptional anti-foaming feature. A comparison between the two samples reveals that the left sample exhibits foam, while the right, treated with the MAX additive, displays no foam. The test employed the Ross-Miles method, a standard technique for assessing surfactant solution foamability and foam stability, primarily relying on height measurements. We serve (Food and beverage (breweries and dairy), ethanol plants, aluminum anodizing, and extruding).

Caustic soda, also known as sodium hydroxide (NaOH), is an alkaline cleaning agent renowned for its ability to effectively break down and remove organic matter, such as proteins, fats, and oils. These compounds can accumulate in ethanol production equipment, food and beverage, aluminum, and ethanol plants leading to decreased efficiency and potential contamination. Caustic soda-based cleaning solutions effectively tackle these residues, ensuring a thorough clean and optimal equipment performance.
